The fickle and unpredictable GOBs were not completely smiling down on me today. Smirking, maybe, but not smiling. The local sports station does indeed have the Cardinals’ Opening Day broadcast; however, for whatever inane reason, the ESPN broadcast is blocked out here in Hot Springs, 8+ hours away form St. Louis and no other local carrier, so the preferred Cards’ fan...
